At Geoul Gwanli, we take pride in the quality of our products. We only accept returns for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

1. Faulty or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How to Report a Faulty Item

Your Options

  • If reported within 30 days, you can choose:
    A full refund once we receive the returned item.
    A replacement product (subject to availability) once we receive the returned item.

  • If reported after 30 days but within 6 months, we will first offer a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or unwanted items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Hygiene-related items (e.g., earrings, cosmetics) once unsealed

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If an item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable postage costs.

4. Refund & Replacement Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the faulty item, we will process your refund within 14 days or dispatch the replacement if requested.

  • If the replacement is out of stock, we will offer a refund instead.
